The M1S is a purpose-built surveillance platform for Ethernet, IP and MPLS networks designed for the midrange market. This half-depth rack unit (1U) communications platform integrates seven gigabit copper Ethernet interfaces (six with hardware bypass capability) and two modular interface slots, including options for a 2-port gigabit SFP (small form-factor pluggable) or a 10-gigabit SFP+ interface with bypass capability.
